Sciotowireless Terms and Conditions of Use.

A. Use of Sciotowireless service in any way constitutes acceptance of this user agreement.

B. User agrees to use the service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws. In the event that this account is not used in accordance with all Applicable Laws including, but not limited to Local, State or Federal Laws, Sciotowireless reserves the right to cooperate with all or any law enforcement agencies.

C. The benefits of or rights conferred by this agreement are non-transferable. Use of Sciotowireless service and accounts are expressly limited to the individual or business whose name appears on the account.

D. User is responsible for all use of User's account(s) and confidentially of password(s). Sciotowireless will suspend access or change access to User's account(s) immediately upon notification by User that his/her password has been lost, stolen or otherwise compromised. Sciotowireless is not liable for any usage and or charges prior to Sciotowireless making the necessary account alteration.

E. Sciotowireless reserves the right to suspend access to service for User's account(s) upon an indication of credit problems including delinquent payments and a 35.00 fee for all return checks. Business accounts will be given the courtesy of a 10 day shut-off notice.

F. Sciotowireless reserves the right in its sole discretion to delete any information entered into Sciotowireless servers or the network. Sciotowireless and its authorized representatives shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to edit publicly viewable information and ensure that its service is not being used for illicit or illegal activities.

G. Sciotowireless at its sole business judgment, may terminate this Agreement immediately or suspend User's access to the service upon any breach of this Agreement by User, including, but not limited to, refusal or failure to pay for services provided or by sole judgment of Sciotowireless that User may be performing activities harmful to Sciotowireless or its users, employees, vendors, business relationships or any other users of the Internet.

H. Non-enforcement of any section of this Agreement does not constitute consent and Sciotowireless reserves the right to enforce this Agreement at its sole discretion.

I. If any one or more paragraphs in this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, User's and Sciotowireless's agreement on all other paragraphs shall remain valid.

J. Sciotowireless reserves the right to change policies and/or prices on 30 days notice published Online on the web site at http://www.sciotowireless.net.

K. Sciotowireless reserves the right to change the Sciotowireless service, including but not limited to, access procedures, hours of operation, vendors, and services offered.

L. Residential wireless users are limited to an upper cap of 512k bps. Understand this is an upper limit and is not a guaranteed speed.

M. A residential wireless user is allowed up to 5 computers or internet devices connected to the internet service per household. Sciotowireless does not support the setup , configurations and equipment maintenance of devices, including multifunction devises that may contain a switch, router, firewall, etc. that allow for the connection of multiple computers at the site. However, we can provide this service for extra networking fees. Also, service calls to correct problems related to user installed devices will be billed at applicable rates.

N. No servers are allowed on a residential wireless account. Residential users discovered running or attempting to run servers will be blocked or disabled appropriately. The ability to run a server is reserved to Business accounts.

O. Users may not sell, resell or share any Sciotowireless service.

P. Cancellation of Sciotowireless services should be made in writing to Sciotowireless. Users are obligated to pay charges for services until Sciotowireless receives notice of cancellation.

Q. Sciotowireless does not warrant uninterrupted operation of the services and is not liable for damage or income loss due to disruption of services. Sciotowireless does not warrant its services in any shape or form and is not liable for damage or income loss due to the use of its service.

R. Ultimately, Sciotowireless reserves the right to manage the network to ensure quality service for our customers and for any other reason that Sciotowireless sees fit. This includes limiting bandwidth, shutting down service entirely, requiring certain usage restrictions at given time periods, or for any other reason due to abusive or excessive use inconsistent with the health and well-being of the network and its usability by other customers.

S. That being said, Sciotowireless pledges to make the overall experience of using its services the best it can be within reasonable expectations and will work diligently to resolve problems and situations that are detrimental to this pledge.

T. Sciotowireless retains ownership of any equipment installed on site at a customer's business or residence. Cancellation of service does not in anyway deny Sciotowireless the right to retrieve equipment.

U. Sciotowireless in no way warrants or guarantees the security of computers connected to its network. Users should take all reasonable precautions to prevent "ad-ware", "spyware", "worms", "viruses", and other detrimental aspects of Internet computer use. Failure to do so may result in termination or services. Failure to take the appropriate precautions may cause loss of data, personal information, and/or hardware in the event of a malicious attack by an outside party.
